Below you can find some of our most frequently asked questions. If your question isn’t answered and you’d like to speak to us directly do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I order samples?

If you would like to get a feel for our embroidery we recommend you to select the products you would like to get and enjoy no minimum order value on your first order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free samples at this moment. 

Can I exchange products?

We only accept an exchange of products in case they are faulty. For more information please refer to our Return Policy

 

Can I return products?

Unfortunately, we do not accept regular returns.

By law, you have the right to withdraw your order up to 24h after the order has been placed. In this case, we will cancel your order and refund the order value immediately.

Can I cancel my order?

By law, you are entitled to withdraw your order within 24 hours after the order was placed. In this case, we will cancel your order and refund the order value immediately.

Any cancellations after the initial 24 hour period will not be accepted.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

After placing your order you have 24 hours within which you can amend it. Please contact orders@anbelladesigns.com stating your order no. and, your required changes.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any order amendments after the initial 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship to all EU countries, as well as overseas to the US, Canada and some other selected countries.

Do you provide discounts for large orders?

If you wish to place a larger order please get in touch through our wholesale enquiry form. We will get back to you asap.

How much do you charge for shipping?

For shipping, we do charge a flat rate. For orders with a minimum of 300€ order value shipping is free. Please note, that shipping fees are non-refundable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can easily pay by credit card (supported by stripe payment), your PayPal account or bank transfer.

When will I receive my order?

From the time of placing your order please allow 14 business days for receipt.

When will my payment be debited from my account?

Your card, bank or PayPal account will be debited as soon as your order has been placed. If your payment is pending we are required to put your order on hold until the funds have gone through.

Will an out of stock item be available again later?

Unfortunately, we cannot predict which products will be re-stocked.
