AnBella Designs (ANTEX GmbH & Co KG) sells deadstock fabrics, laces and trims that are cut to length to order<\/strong> specifically for each customer. Under \u00a7 18 para 1 no 3 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Fern- und Ausw\u00e4rtsgesch\u00e4fte-Gesetz, FAGG), consumers have no statutory right of withdrawal<\/strong> for goods that are made to the consumer\u2019s specifications or are clearly cut or tailored to individual requirements.<\/p>\n This means that fabrics, laces and trims cut to a length you specify cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged<\/strong> once your order has been placed, unless the goods are defective. Your statutory warranty rights for faulty goods (Gew\u00e4hrleistung) remain fully unaffected.<\/p>\n For any products that are not<\/strong> cut to order \u2014 i.e. standard items supplied in fixed, pre-packaged units \u2014 you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods (or the last item, where several items in one order are delivered separately).<\/p>\n To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us \u2014<\/p>\n ANTEX GmbH & Co KG<\/strong> \u2014 of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.<\/p>\n We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\n You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
