Return & Shipping Policy
After placing your order please allow us 10 business days to process your request. You should receive your order no later than 14 days after the order was placed. There might be unexpected circumstances, in or out of our control, which delay delivery for a few days. For further information on your order status please contact us at email@example.com
We ship to all EU countries to a flat rate of 9€. For orders with a minimum of 200€ order value shipping is free. Please note, that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we do not accept regular returns. By law, you have the right to withdraw your order up to 24h after the order has been placed. In this case, we will cancel your order and refund the order value immediately.
We do of course want to only deliver high-quality products. Should you have received a product of very poor quality, or which are defective or damaged please let us now. Send us a picture of your faulty product to firstname.lastname@example.org and await further instructions. To speed up the process of your exchange state your order no. in the subject line of the email.
There is no need to send us the faulty products back. After inspecting the images of the faulty product we will confirm the exchange eligibility via email. It is then up to you if you want to get the products replaced, or a refund.
We will try our best to process your exchange asap. Please allow 14 business days to process your exchange. If at the time of the exchange the product is not available anymore, we will offer you a replacement product. You are not obliged to accept the offered replacement, in which case a refund will be issued.
If your faulty refund claim is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that in case of a return we can not refund shipping costs.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
