Satin’s smooth, glossy face and matte reverse make it a natural pairing with lace and embroidery, whether as a bridal gown underlay, a lining, or a standalone fabric for eveningwear and occasion pieces. Its lustrous surface catches light in a way that plainer weaves do not, adding a note of formality to any design.

AnBella Designs sources this deadstock satin fabric from the same rescued European mill-end supply chain as the rest of our stock, sold by the metre to designers, ateliers, bridal makers and home sewists. Because it is deadstock, colours and quantities are limited to what was salvaged from each original run, and a particular satin will not be rewoven once sold through.
